TURTLE SOUP ROCKS THE STONE PONY !
Saturday January 20th was an awesome show.
We rocked the house down at the Legendary Stony Pony in Asbury Park NJ.
The place was packed and we had a great line up of bands as well.
Anthony Fiuomo opened the evening, followed by Big baby Ernie.
Then we took the stage and then Days Awake Featuring Rick Barry
closed the night.
I want to thank everyone who came out and supported me and my band and local
music. NJ and Asbury Park has such an incredible music scene and to have friends
and family come out and support means the world to me.

THE WAY OF THE SHAMAN

This past weekend I took the two day workshop "The Way Of The Shaman" taught by Nan Moss and David Corbin at the Shambhala Center in NYC.

I have been looking forward to this class as many of my friends whom study Shamanism have taken this class and have all spoke very highly of it's teachers and what we will learn on this two day journey.

My experience this weekend was one of the most spiritual and mind blowing experiences that I have ever had. Although I have been practicing Shamanism for about a year and a half now with Adam, I learned a tremendous amount this weekend on Healing Techniques, Power Animal Retrieval (For myself and someone else) and Upper and Lower world Journey Techniques.

Without getting into the personal details of my experience, I must say that there were a few experiences this weekend where I felt altered or out of body. When I met my Teacher in Upper world I had an experience called "Dismemberment"where my new teacher tore me apart with a Ceremonial Dagger and told me that in order for me to become a Healer, I Must Heal myself.

It was a deep moving experience and I look forward to having more and studying through the Foundation of Shamanic Studies.
