I HAVE JOINED A BAND...

Funny story.....The Day that I was let go from my cushy job, I had already set up a few weeks prior to audition for a band that was looking for a percussionist.

So at 5pm I was Let go from my job and an hour later I was playing with a rock band and now I am a member of the Band Turtle Soup.....:)

Funny how life takes you and how things happen for a reason. I was concerned as they were too that I would not have much time to play, but now I have all the time in the world .

Tonight is our first gig at a bar called Red Fusion. I am just excited to be back playing music and have found this cool guys.

That Day has come....

As many of you know I have been extremelly unhappy with my current job situation. I have worked for Etienne Aigner for 14 long years and have had some incredible experiences and have met some incredible people within the fashion industry. I have learned a lot and have also made a very good name for myself.

Last night at 5pm my position at Aigner was terminated along with other employees within my company including my boss.

I have been wanting a change within my life for a couple of years now and have wanted to make this move but have always been affraid to because of the comfort level and the income that one gets used to.

So now I am amongst the unemployeed and jobless....Am I bummed? Sure I am but I am also relieved. My stress level has been through the roof and I have been so overwhelemed with this job for many years that it was time.

So this makes me open my mind and eyes much wider at the vast possibilities that can come to me with this. I look forward to my new adventure and look forward to reporting my process to you all.

ACHIEVING GOALS

Today is a very happy day for me. I have reached my weight goal of 164 LBS ! ! !

It has been many many years since I have seen this weight..Probably a decade.

Who would have thought with a little determination and healthy eating habits this would

be obtainable. I am very proud of myself that I have reached this personal goal.

The funny thing was when I was getting changed today I saw a pair of John's jeans and I thought to myself...."Hmmm, let's see if I fit in them"

Low and behold "I DID "! ! ! ! I never thought in a million years I would fit into a pair

of John's jeans and actually have them slightly big ! WOO HOO ! ! !

I have lost a total of 20 pounds in 3 months on Nutrisystem !

NOW the fun part.....CLOTHES SHOPPING ! ! ! ! !
