"THE MET"
The Metropolitan Museum of Art and History
That is where John and I spent the day a couple of weeks ago.
John studies and teaches Egyptian Shamanism and he wanted
to go and see the exibits at the Met.
I am so glad that we did because it was mind blowing to see
thousands of ancient artifacts still as beautiful as they were thousands
of years ago.
The Exibit is huge so bring some water and good walking shoes because
it can take hours to go thru everything.
We spent four hours in the museum.
Afterwards we went to an Oblisk next to the Museum in Central park
called Cleopatra's Needle. The are four in the world and one happens
to be right in our own back yard ! It is huge and beautiful.
It was a perfect day that we had and we need to do stuff like this more often.
Days and Time escape us and sometimes we forget the things we have to do
in our own back yard !
